September - Once Upon A...Sketch Challenge - "Unique"

I am so excited to be back doing a challenge at "Once Upon A....Sketch" this month.
Couldn't wait for this one to pop up!!
So below is the sketch and below the sketch are the rules.

Journalling Theme: Open theme...with a twist
For this month's challenge, you can scrap about any theme BUT you need to include your own handwritten journalling on your page!

You are free to interpret our theme ANY WAY you like. Whilst the theme is open, you MUST base it on the sketch below and include your HANDWRITTEN journalling ON YOUR PAGE. Acceptable journalling is MORE than just a sentence, or generic writing such as date/place etc. It needs to be present and at least 3 lines long.

So this month I decided to pretty much follow the sketch as it is just a little more compressed.
I have titled this layout "Unique".

I have been hanging out to use these photos of my youngest taken on my phone. She is forever stealing my glasses!! Tells me she can't see properly, ......just loves to push them down her nose and look over the top of them at me. God love her!!!

I have handwritten my journalling front and back of a Kraft tag at the right of the layout.
 On it I have written:
"Unique personality, beautiful in heart and a smile that melts the heart. Love you always.
To the moon and back and back. Mum xxx"

Please keep scrolling. I have included some close-ups and a materials list at the very bottom.

Some beautiful Petaloo never goes astray....have used quite a lot of it here!

'
My handwritten tag. The journalling covers front and back of the tag.

So I have finally been able to use this birdcage. Loooooove it!! I have another so it was okay to use this one. I melted a little embossing powder over it and painted it up very randomly to give that worn effect.

You can also see the lace more clearly here.....it is just beautiful to use!

Made some paint splatters and here you can see the stencilling.

And another close-up of the tag....!

I hope you have enjoyed this challenge creation.
Thanks for popping by.

Until next time.......happy scrappin'.

Tina x
